What am i about?

I believe many of the world’s problems are created through bad design. More importantly, I believe in the power of good design – and its potential to incorporate the voices of those who often don’t find their own represented.

With a background in social impact work, empathy and communication come naturally to my design process. I hope to work on solving social, economic, and political problems through design and technology, while further cultivating my skills by designing for other fields and industries.

what do i do?

I take a human-centered approach to solving problems...

User & A/B Testing / User Flows & Journeys / User & Market Research / Surveys / Contextual Inquiry / Analysis

and use generative and systems thinking...

Rapid Iteration / Brainstorming / Exploration / Road-mapping / Service Design / System Maps / Synthesis / Card Sorting / Concept Models / Affinity Diagramming / Heuristic Analysis

to come up with visual/prototypic solutions.

Wireframing / UI Design / Typography & Grids / Styleguides / Clickable Prototyping / Sitemaps / Information Architecture
